Incidentally, I am also often equally dismayed at my sense of humor, though nonetheless, have given up trying to remediate it in anyway. Seems this warrior was at checkpoint and obviously someone took the vid and dubbed a whole new converstaion. You do what you need to do to eliminate stress-- especially in a war zone.
I already put this on our milblog, but it HAS to go here, too...it's hilarious.

Hope, More units are training MOS -999-CC That's Combat Comic. That was my secondary job in both Bosnia and Iraq. It's an important job and requires both a sense of timing and delivery. the course has a high washout rate (only 25% of us passed)
Sgt Grumpy has this MOS with an Airborne qualification. (He can tell jokes as he crashes into the ground)
How do you attach things like the Utube thing?

Almost anything is funny to me so long as it does NOT involve flatulence and poop. Sadly for me, seems like Eddie Murphy and others has made both of those subjects fair game any more.

BOB--me too! that stuff is sooo absurd, too.

PHIL- Tony loves the bathroom scene from dumb and dumber...he LOVES it...like no sound comes out of his mouth he just looks like he is giving himself a hernia or something...

Yeah, okay, granted; in spite of myself, I am slightly bemused by Jeff Daniels in that scene as well. But enough is enough!

...and I must admit, I do like Eddie Murphy, but I hate it when he goes with the "faht jokes." He's better than that...

"Delerious" was his first and best.. Once he got away from his Jamaica New York roots and started getting into the more "adult" stuff, I became less interested. Its why I love most of the movies he made, especially the ones he does for kids...

I'd seen this before but laughed again when I saw it here. Good to see that our troops can maintain a sense of humor even in their stressful situations.

Thanks for sharing!
